Director of the Board
Dirk Mirow is the Director of the Board of the non-profit organisation “German Association for International Legal Cooperation”, which assists states in developing rule-of-law structures and implementing functioning market economy structures. The IRZ is mandated by the Federal Government of Germany and the European Union.
Since 1992, the IRZ has been transferring juridical know-how into effective bilateral and multilateral projects with impressive results.

European Convention on Human Rights in Macedonia
On 24 April 2013, the IRZ organised a conference on the European Convention on Human Rights in Skopje.
